With our first Apple Cyser just about ready to be kegged, we start today on a Pomegranate Cranberry Mead. Look for it to be ready in time for Thanksgiving!

Yesterday we started work on what I believe to be Orange County’s first commercial mead / ceyser. A nice blend of apple and honey with orange, cinnamon, and nutmeg all being fermented with a trappist yeast. We’re looking forwards to trying it when it’s done.
