About
Founded in 2000 by winemaker Norm Yost, Flying Goat Cellars is a family-owned winery in Lompoc, CA producing about 2,000 cases annually of ageworthy vineyard-designated Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from Sta. Rita Hills and Santa Maria Valley AVAs under the Flying Goat label, plus six expressions of méthode champenoise sparkling wines under Goat Bubbles. They emphasize hands-on production including hand-riddling and disgorging, sourcing from premium vineyards like Bien Nacido and Ampelos. Celebrating 25 years in 2025 with a focus on affordable luxury wines.
