About
Covalence Wine is a partnership between Adam Ressner and Jonathan Rhyne, sourcing grapes from Carl Doumani's tiny two-acre hillside vineyard in the Stags Leap District behind Quixote. Winemaking is guided by Aaron Pott, with the debut 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon vintage producing 205 cases and earning high critical scores. The 2023 vintage is set to debut in Spring 2026.
