Cristaldi Vineyards is a family-run 5-acre organic farm and nano-winery in Loomis, California, producing about 400 cases per year of Italian-style field-blended wines from 15 grape varietals planted in 2003. They handcraft extra virgin olive oil and emphasize minimal intervention winemaking with native yeast and extended oak aging for elegant, site-expressive wines. Available only on the estate, tastings offer a slow-food agriturismo experience with seated outdoor service after a short hike.
