Cayucos Cellars is a quintessential small family winery owned and operated by Stuart Alan Selkirk, Laura Lee Selkirk, and their three children with no employees. They produce 500-800 cases annually of premium natural wines fermented using only wild yeast and aged 3-6 years in neutral oak barrels. The winery is located in an old dairy barn on a working ranch above Cayucos, with the tasting room in Cambria for visitor convenience.
