Fratelli Perata Winery is a small family-run winery and 31-acre vineyard in Paso Robles, CA, operated by brothers Gino and Joe Perata along with Gino's wife Carol. They produce high-quality estate wines from hand-worked and hand-harvested grapes, starting with initial plantings of Zinfandel in 1980, following their Italian immigrant family's winemaking traditions. Their philosophy emphasizes stressing vines for lower yields and intense flavors, with a focus on small berry size for richer extracts.
