About
California WineWorks is a custom winemaking facility in Bergen County, New Jersey, focused on helping customers create their own wine using premium grapes sourced from California. They offer three quality levels of fruit—California, Sonoma, and Napa—in quarter, half, and full barrel sizes, with Napa options in American or French oak, following a minimal intervention philosophy. The process aligns with the California harvest cycle, from October crush to bottling the following August/September, fostering community and lifelong interest in winemaking.
