Volatus is a veteran-owned and operated winery in Paso Robles, California, producing award-winning wines since 2004. Founded by former Navy fighter pilot Hal 'Bull' Schmitt, it focuses on creating delicious, fun wines for sharing with friends and family alongside good food and conversation. The tasting room in the West Side Willow Creek District features an officers club vibe with dice games, music, events, and group-friendly spaces.
