Cypher Winery is a downtown Paso Robles producer of small-production red wines emphasizing complexity and elegance through the art and science of winemaking. Led by winemaker Susan A. Mahler (aka SAM ZinPunk), it features the Cypher Tasting Lounge rooted in Paso Robles history and hospitality, the Enigma Wine Club for allocations, Wines & Provisions shop, and Cypher Kitchen with healthy gourmet pairing recipes.
