Opolo is a family-owned winery established in 1999, specializing in sustainably grown wines from the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. Known for fine Zinfandels, Cabernet Sauvignons, elegant whites, and a wide range of varietals, they offer Old World-style hospitality with tasting flights, food pairings, vineyard tours, and special events.
