Thacher Winery & Vineyard is a family-owned and operated boutique winery in Westside Paso Robles, handcrafting small production wines from exceptional vineyards in Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, and Monterey Counties since 2004 with the Grasshopper label. They specialize in low intervention wines using native ferments, focusing on elegant styles with nuance, restraint, and lower alcohol rather than power. Embracing the growing season's variability, their award-winning winery and tasting room next to a 100-year-old barn offer casual charm and true terroir expression.
