RIISE is a winery founded in 2019 by vintner Juan Mercado in Paso Robles, focusing on world-class Rhone varietal and Tempranillo-based wines that are powerful, textural, and balanced. The wines are made from fruit sourced from estate vineyards including Shadow Canyon, Arbor Vineyard, and Heaton Vineyard on the west side of Paso Robles, overseen by top viticulturists Kevin Wilkinson and Lucas Pope, and crafted by winemaker Anthony Yount using a minimalist philosophy.
