The Bianchi Paso Robles Winery & Tasting Room is dedicated to producing premium quality wines using the best grapes of the Central Coast. The Bianchi Family offers Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Petite Sirah, and many blends, including special limited production wines exclusive to the tasting room. Visitors can enjoy tastings with sweeping vineyard views, feed koi fish, play bocce ball, and stay at the Vineyard House on the grounds.
