Landsby Wines is the passion project of a husband and wife team (Mikkelsen family) dedicated to producing premium, handcrafted wines from Paso Robles, inspired by the Danish word for 'village.' They source dry-farmed, certified organic grapes from the western hills' unique terroir with coastal influences. Their wines emphasize sustainability, community, craftsmanship, and the expression of soils, seasons, and local growers.
