Optio Vineyards is a micro-boutique winery in Paso Robles, California, established in 2014. Specializing in Spanish and Rhone blends, they meticulously craft balanced wines from the best grapes, including those from their estate LaMar Vineyard in the Geneseo AVA at 1,100 feet elevation. Small lots are released biannually in Spring and Fall, available via mailing list or new Club Optio, with private tastings and Optio Inn accommodations.
