Defiance Vineyard is a luxury boutique vineyard owned by the Faulkner family, situated in the rolling hills behind Creston in the Paso Robles AVA. They produce estate wines from traditional Bordeaux varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Sémillon, and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as Petite Sirah, emphasizing their unique terroir. The winery offers a tasting room, wine sales, premium wine grapes, and the Falcon Club wine membership.
