Opolo is a family-owned winery in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, California, specializing in sustainably grown wines including fine Zinfandels, Cabernet Sauvignons, and elegant whites. Established in 1999 by Rick Quinn and David Nichols, they offer Old World-style hospitality with SIP Certified estate vineyards. Visitors enjoy tasting flights, food pairings, vineyard tours, and special events on their scenic estate.
