What They Make
2023 Viognier
Beautiful perfume of star jasmine, white peach and bosc pear on the nose balanced with smooth, mouthwatering acid on the mid-palate and flavors of stone fruit and dried flower petals. Smooth, elegant finish yields a delicate profile of strawberries, white peach and fig.
2020 Cabernet Sauvignon
Earthy nose of vanilla, pepperwood and baked cherries and a fresh, vibrant entrance accented with raspberry, blueberry and currant. The depth and texture of the tannins integrate well with dark cocoa, graphite and wonderfully balanced acid. Dark, rich and mouth-filling, this wine lingers on the palate well after the first sip.
