About
Phinesse' Farms is a family-owned vineyard and orchard on 35 acres in northeast Texas, started in 2008 by Phil and Vanessa as a hobby. They grow estate grapes including Noble, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Muscat Blanc, producing wines ranging from sweet fruity blends to dry reds and whites, with signature trademark Noblianti. No tasting room or retail sales; wines available via contact or Noble Vintage Wine Club.

What They Make
Cabernet Sauvignon
lightly oaked with earthy, sweet wood bouquet and flavor. Excellent with beef and red meats.
Merlot
soft, luscious, plummulous and very smooth red with low tannins.
Noblianti
rustic and peppery earthy red from estate Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Noble grapes; Texas/European blend.
Chardonnay
lightly pecan wood aged white with buttery hint, tropical and autumn aromas.
Angelic Pearl
crispy dry white with hints of citrus and refreshing stone fruit; blend of estate white grapes.
Sweet Jo Jo
sweet red with hints of peach, berries and apple.
Naughty and Nice
spicy and semisweet white blended with jalapeno. Great with street tacos.
