Sincere Cider produces crisp, clean contemporary craft ciders made in California with a special blend of culinary apples from Washington’s Yakima Valley and French wine yeast, fermented dry and back-sweetened with fresh-pressed apple juice. What began as a passion-fueled hobby in an Oakland garage has evolved into a professional operation offering canned ciders widely available in Northern California and Nevada retail, plus direct online sales. All ciders are gluten-free, vegan, and low in sugar at 5.9% ABV.
