About
Quintessa is a 280-acre estate winery in the heart of Rutherford, CA, owned by the Huneeus family. They produce a Bordeaux-style red blend from organically and Biodynamically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Carménère across 160 planted acres in 26 blocks. Each block is vinified separately to highlight the site's diverse geology, exposures, and microclimates.
