Dakota Shy Wine Co. is a Napa Valley winery producing Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines in very small quantities from carefully selected vineyards in iconic AVAs including Atlas Peak, Howell Mountain, Oakville, and Rutherford. Winemaker Tom Garrett crafts these wines to reflect the unique terroir and sense of place. Their estate at the base of Pritchard Hill, established in 1836 and acquired in 2014, blends rich history with modern winemaking excellence.
