Gallica is a collection of organically farmed single vineyard wines crafted by winemaker Rosemary Cakebread since 2007. They produce elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Grenache, Albariño, and limited bottlings of estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and Estate Rosé, honoring aromatics inspired by the ancient rosa gallica rose. All vineyards are CCOF-certified organic, emphasizing site-specific expression and light-touch farming.
