Camuna Cellars is a collaborative winery led by Eli Silins, who began making wine in California in 2013 before relocating to Philadelphia, PA in 2019. They produce minimally intervention fermented beverages from grapes, apples, and honey sourced from the Mid-Atlantic, using native yeast fermentation, no fining or filtering, and sustainable agriculture practices. Releases occur seasonally as products mature, aiming to co-create drinks that honor the land, body, and soul.
