House of Domenico is a family-owned Cal-Italian winery rooted in Italian tradition, producing limited-production wines from estate vineyards in Amador County and select California appellations. They operate an urban winery, Osteria restaurant, and tasting rooms in San Carlos and Amador, offering tastings, private events for up to 850 guests, and winemaking experiences through the Bacchus Winemaking Club. Known for Italian hospitality, award-winning wines like Syrah, Chardonnay, and Barbera, and vibrant event spaces blending vintage style with modern sophistication.

What They Make
Chardonnay 2023 Santa Cruz Mountains
Fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels, aromas of poached pear, apple, butterscotch, sweet lemon curd, toasty hazelnut, spice. 100% Chardonnay, 14.6% ABV.
Syrah 2020 Amador County
100% Estate Syrah from Dominick’s Vineyards, complex bouquet of ripe plum, blackberry, clove, dark chocolate, dried herbs, white pepper. 15.3% ABV.
Barbera 2020 Lodi
Harmonious aromas of red currant, blackberry, nutmeg, spice. Medium bodied with bright acidity. 90% Barbera, 8% Petite Sirah, 2% Primitivo, 14.7% ABV.
