About
Albatross Ridge Winery produces refined cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from their 25-acre estate vineyard on a mountaintop ridge in Carmel Valley, seven miles from the Pacific Ocean, planted in 2008 and in production since 2010. They honor the unique soils, setting, and micro-climate to create wines of distinction. Tasting rooms in Carmel-by-the-Sea and Downtown Monterey offer tastings, with the latter pairing wines with locally inspired tapas.

Bright juicy strawberry, cranberry, cherry with tarragon, orange, cacao; evolves to candied cherry, rhubarb, violets, rose hips, earth, clove. Ages up to 20 years.
