Rosini Vineyards is a family-owned winery in Rockwall, TX, operated by Greg and Carol Rosini who purchased the 25-acre Double D Ranch in 2018 and planted their first Blanc du Bois vineyard in 2019. They produce wines primarily from purchased grapes from Texas regions, including Blanc du Bois (dry and semi-sweet), Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, and red blends, while awaiting estate fruit. The winery features a tasting room with food menu, outdoor seating by ponds, events, and private party spaces, highlighted by their pet-friendly atmosphere with winery dogs Lucy and Ethel.
