Allis Ranch Winery is a family-owned boutique winery in Sedalia, Colorado, established in 2007 by David Rhyne. It focuses on Rhone varietals using small-lot vinification to create focused, hand-crafted wines, with all grapes sourced from top growers on the Western Slope of Colorado. What They Make
2015 Two Husky Syrah
Co-fermented with 5% Roussanne, bold with black cherry, blackberry, vanilla and lavender. Aged 36 months in 30% New French Oak. 134 cases produced. National Medal winner.
2012 Reserve Syrah
Co-fermented with 2% Viognier, big bold with blackberry, currant, fig and prune. Aged 33 months in mixed oak. 90 cases produced. Gold medal at 2015 Jefferson Cup Invitational.
2019 Roussanne
Elegant single varietal with flowery herbal tea aroma, flavors of melon, pears, orange, toast and honeysuckle. 32 cases produced.
