Founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Daniel and Talia Haykin, Haykin Family Cider is an award-winning, small-batch cidery in Aurora, CO, dedicated to honoring rare and heirloom apples like wineries celebrate grapes. Their crisp, sparkling ciders feature higher carbonation, zero additives, and are mostly single varietals with occasional cuvees and blends, all certified kosher with the Scroll K hechsher. The tasting room offers glasses, flights, and retail bottles just five minutes from Stanley Marketplace.
