Peony Lane Wine is a second-generation family-owned winery in the West Elks AVA, the highest elevation AVA in North America at 5680 feet in Paonia, CO. They produce natural wines using only grapes, with wild fermentation, minimal sulfites, no toxic additives, unfined and unfiltered, emphasizing sustainable dry farming without pesticides or herbicides. Their high-altitude terroir yields unique flavors in varietals like Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and blends.
