Spring Hill Vineyards is a winery on a historic farm dating back to the 1700s in New Preston, Connecticut, along the Shepaug River. Vines were first planted in 2006 on sunny, rocky slopes surrounded by rolling hills and open fields. They produce award-winning wines including Cabernet Franc, Grotto Reserve, and Marquette.
