Copp Brewery and Winery is a destination venue in Crystal River, Florida, brewing award-winning beers since 2011 and crafting wines from imported grapes and specialty ingredients since 2006. Guests can watch the brewing process up close, enjoy flights, glasses, or bottles of wine from the on-site winery, and dine at the full-service restaurant featuring a new wood-fired oven menu introduced in 2023. The 10,000 sq ft space includes two bars, a large beer garden, private event areas, and a retail shop.
