Founded by Joe Leigh, a top-ranked mead maker, and Ginger Leigh, it emphasizes modern techniques, hyper-local ingredients, and holds the record for the most 90+ point meads in the world. The taproom also offers local beer, curated wine, N/A drinks, and seltzers in a 21+ after 6pm atmosphere.
