Founded by Miguel and Barbara Lecuona, Siboney Cellars is a Texas winery four miles west of Johnson City, adding a new chapter to Texas wine. Winemaker Barbara Lecuona, a Texas Tech viticulture oenology graduate with Bordeaux training, has led operations since the first vintage in 2017. They offer stunning tasting room views, unique experiences like owner-guided tours, and events blending wine, cigars, music, and culinary pairings.
