Monday Night Brewing produces easy-drinking, approachable beers that are balanced and flavorful, designed to pair well with meals for weeknights. Founded in 2006 by friends brewing on Monday nights, they operate multiple taprooms across Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville, Charlotte, and Knoxville. Taprooms feature draft beers, craft cocktails, Neapolitan-style pizza in select locations, expansive outdoor seating, and private event hosting.
