What They Make
Petit Manseng '24
Full bodied and aromatic white. Aged in French Oak for 9 months, fruit forward with pineapple, guava, vanilla, subtle florality. Partial malolactic, round mouthfeel, lengthy finish.
Rabun Red NV
Estate blend of Norton, Cabernet Franc, and Tannat. Oak aged 30 months in French and American oak. Aromas of strawberry, boysenberry, licorice, toasted hazelnut, vanilla.
White Tiger
Blend of Viognier (stainless steel) and Petit Manseng (French oak 6 months). Medium bodied with pear, apricot, lime zest, almond, balanced silky finish.
Mountain Cyn
Full-bodied blend of Norton and Cabernet Franc. Notes of blackberry, bright red cherry, mushroom, fresh earth, dark red apple, black currant, toasted oak.
