Southern Star Brewing Co., founded in 2008 in Conroe, Texas, was the first brewery in Texas to can craft beer. They relocated to a custom-built facility on over 13 acres in 2016, featuring an extraordinary taproom overlooking the production brewhouse and an outdoor biergarten with a stage for live music. They produce a lineup of flagship beers like Bombshell Blonde and innovative options including Southern Brunch and new releases like Estrella Del Sur.
