Danish Countryside Vines & Wines is a family-owned winery in a renovated 1913 barn on the Petersen farm in Exira, Iowa. Started unofficially in 2001 with a winemaking kit, vines planted in 2003, and operational since May 2006. Owned by Loren and Jennifer Christensen since 2016, producing 20 different kinds of wine from 3.5 acres of grapes.
