Bitner Vineyards, established in 1981, produces estate-grown, handcrafted premium wines from the Snake River Valley in Idaho, with small production of 1,200-1,500 cases annually. They are the first Idaho vineyard to be LIVE certified sustainable, Salmon-Safe certified, and a promoter of bee-friendly farming practices. The members-only tasting room offers an intimate experience with vineyard views from the patio.
