Holesinsky Vineyard + Winery is Idaho's only USDA-certified organic vineyard, producing award-winning wines from varietals including Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, and Moscato. Founded in 2001 by James Holesinsky on former family dairy land above the Snake River, it has expanded to include Idawater sparkling water and craft vodka made from Idaho potatoes. The winery offers a tasting room, scenic events, and venue reservations amid its growing vineyards.
