Cinder Winery, born in Boise in 2006, is located in Garden City, Idaho, and crafts wines from the Snake River Valley, believed to be America's Next Great Wine Region. They specialize in world-class winemaking showcasing the region's terroir, featuring Viognier as the Queen of White Wines, bold Tempranillo and Syrah reds, Rosé, and blends. Visitors are invited to tastings at their working winery near downtown Boise.
