About
3100 Cellars is Idaho's only dedicated sparkling wine house, producing world-class traditional method sparkling wines from their estate vineyard in the Eagle Foothills AVA. Founded in 2014 and inspired by Idaho's whitewater rivers, they age their wines on average for 3 years. Their 10-acre Finca Besada Vineyard is home to the winery, tasting room, and wildlife habitats.
