About
Fly Gap Winery is the offspring of 19th-century settlers from the historic Fly Gap in the Kothman Mountains, devoted to preserving community and culture through wine. They operate a tasting room in an old feed store with modern accents in downtown Mason, Texas. The winery produces unique red wines from Texas Hill Country and High Plains vineyards using varieties like Mourvèdre, Alicante Bouschet, Sangiovese, and Tempranillo.
