Texas Wine Collective is a collaboration of three innovative Texas producers—Brennan Vineyards, Lost Oak Winery, and Texas Keeper—located in Fredericksburg, offering tastings, events, and wine/cider club memberships. They provide a unique, friendly wine experience open seven days a week, featuring fine Texas wines and ciders. Highlights include complimentary tastings for members, exclusive events, and a best-in-class Hill Country estate visit.

What They Make
Super Nero 2023
Brennan Vineyards. Nose: Cherry, leather, tobacco, hay, molasses. Palate: Rhubarb, cherries, tobacco, white pepper.
Merlot 2023
Lost Oak Winery. Nose: Cherry, blackberry, plum, vanilla, slate. Palate: Red currant, vanilla, tea leaf, cocoa, espresso.
Texas Keeper No.1
Texas Keeper's Flagship Cider. Nose: Ripe pear and melon. Palate: Notes of pear and melon, subtle rosewater, and honeysuckle with a crisp green apple finish.
