Salt Creek Winery was established in 2010 by Adrian and Nichole Lee in the rolling hills of Southern Indiana bordering Hoosier National Forest. They produce minimally processed grape and fruit wines from blueberries, strawberries, cherries, plums, raspberries, blackberries, and blackcurrants, with every bottle produced, fermented, cellared, and bottled on-site. They emphasize 100% fruit wines fermented like grapes without back sweetening to preserve unique fruit characters.
