What They Make
Straight Bourbon
Distilled from 60% corn, 30% wheat, 10% malted barley. First bourbon distilled in Birmingham in over 100 years. Silver Medal SFWSC.
Sherry Finished Rye
90% rye, 10% malted barley, finished 6 months in sherry barrels. Hints of tart cherry, sweet aroma, spice offset by oak and sherry. Gold Medal SFWSC.
Blended Whiskey
Vanilla, caramel flavors with butterscotch, chocolate finish, sweet smoky aroma.
Vodka
100% Italian Wheat, sweet, floral, citrus nose, crisp clean finish with vanilla.
Gin
Nine botanicals, herbs, citrus. Grapefruit, lemongrass, cucumber, subtle juniper.
Rum
Sweet Caribbean-style unaged, molasses and dark brown sugar, rich tropical.
Blue Agave Spirit
Like Mexican tequilas, mellow fruity earthy herbal notes, strong citrus fragrance.
Double Barrel Aged Agave
Adventure Series, 100% Blue Agave, aged nearly 3 years in Bourbon and Sherry casks, spicy smoky sweet. Silver Medal SFWSC.
