Opolo is a family-owned winery specializing in sustainably grown wines from the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, California. Established in 1999 by Rick Quinn and David Nichols, they are known for fine Zinfandels, Cabernet Sauvignons, elegant whites, and a range of varietals exemplifying the region. Their SIP Certified estate vineyards support Old World-style hospitality including tastings, food pairings, tours, and events.
