Dry Diggings Distillery is a small, family-owned and operated craft distillery in the Sierra Foothills of El Dorado Hills, CA, that began distilling on-site in 2012 and opened its tasting room in 2015. In October 2025, they added Hills · Cocktails & Dining, offering coffee, lunch, dinner, cocktails made with their spirits and local craft beverages. It's a 21+ only establishment focused on craft spirits, honest food, and community in a hidden, off-the-beaten-path location.
