SLO de Vie is a Central Coast distillery crafting traditional Portuguese spirits including aguardente, fruit brandies, gin, and vodka, hand-distilled in small batches from grapes and pomace using copper stills following Azorean traditions. All products are gluten-free with no added sugar. Led by master distiller Thomas DaRosa, they emphasize old-world craft spirits with award-winning expressions.
