Strand Brewing Company was a craft brewery opened in 2009 in Torrance, California, by Joel Elliott and Dave, helping usher in the modern craft beer scene in the Los Angeles area. Joel was the creative force behind designing, building, and brewing. The brewery is now closed, and Joel is writing articles about his experiences for a forthcoming book.
